Luxury Hairspa

For every women hair care is a must. And no matter how much you take care of your hair at home by applying oil, conditioner and so many other things,I  feel a pampering session for your hair at the salon is a must at times. A Luxury Hairspa at a salon completely changes the way your hair feels.

My hair has recently become extremely dry, frizzy an dull and a hair spa was long due. And just then I was invited by Club Salon to experience one of their Luxury Hairspas. And who would say a no right. So on a sunny afternoon a delighted me visited the CLUB SALON, Bosepukur branch to get my much awaited hair spa.

The salon was simple, clean and very sophisticated. I was greeted warmly by the staff at Club Salon and after assessing my hair type and condition my therapist told me the Vertilizing Hair Spa of LOREAL would be perfect for me. all the pampering started in a bit.

First my hair was shampooed with the Loreal spa shampoo and then conditioned. Shampooing at a salon always feels better just because of the extra time and care they take to wash all the dirt and grime off your hair.

After that I was seated comfortably and the actual spa started. My therapist told me I have a lot of dust accumulated in my scalp(a common thing for all women leaving in mega cities). So she used a Purifine first which would help to remove the dust from my hair and the she used the vitalizing cream for dry and dull hair. With utmost care she sectioned all my hair and applied the cream to the entire hair and then massaged it in for almost 30 minutes. She massaged the entire scalp perfectly for the product to soak in.She also gave me a quick shoulder and back massage which completely made me feel relaxed and rejuvenated. After the massage it was time for the steam. So my hair was covered with a shower cap and the steamer was placed. This is to ensure the product penetrates better into your scalp. And finally my hair was washed. I could already sense how light and soft my hair was feeling.

My therapist then blow dryed my hair and styled it amazingly. I was truly mesmerized by the results. My hair was back to life and felt extremely soft and beautiful. It was an amazing experience at the CLUB SALON & I was also told about some basic hair care tips I should follow to maintain my hair at home.

The entire Luxury Hairspa is for about and hour or so and after the treatment you will clearly understand the difference.

I was extremely satisfied with the therapy and needless to say a completely de-stressed and happy me left the salon with extreme satisfaction. I have made up my mind to visit the Club salon every month and give my hair the daily dose of nourishment and care.

I would totally recommend to Club salon to all of you who are planning to get a wonderful hair spa. You can select from the wide range of therapies the salon has to offer and Im sure you won’t be disappointed.

POST HOLI CARE

Holi is definitely an colorful festival but it leaves behind a harsh effect on both our skin & hair. So we give you few tips with us you can enjoy this Holi without any guilt. Post Holi care is essential & is important for all age groups.

First lets get started with some easy tips:

Moisturiser :
* Apply a good moisturizer or olive oil to your face, leave it on for 10 mins, take a cotton pad to remove it off and then rinse with cold water.

Condition:
* Use a deep conditioning treatment for your hair. Mix a little hair conditioner with oil, apply it all over your hair and wear a shower cap. Leave it on for 15 mins, rinse off with warm water.

Bleach:
* Use yogurt to remove off the stubborn colour, yogurt has natural bleaching properties, apply natural yogurt on your skin and rinse off.

Now some very important tips to keep in mind for Post Holi Care:
1. Use liquid soap, applying it very gently on your body. For tough colours, opt for home remedies to deal with it or you can visit a parlour too.

2. Home remedies like applying lemon juice directly on to your skin; curd and sandalwood mixture is great; and you can also make a turmeric and white flour paste, keep it on for 15-20 mins, and then wash it away with non-boiled milk. This mixture can be applied on all areas with colour after making it bit wet with plain water.

3. To clean your face, use olive oil on cotton to remove the Holi colour ‘make-up’, but only after thoroughly washing your face with clean water. Again, opt for home-made scrubs like those using white flour to get rid of the tougher colour stains. You can also use a mild scrub or make a natural sugar scrub.

4. Avoid using exfoliates or bath salts for 48 hours after playing Holi, since your skin will very sensitive.

5. Do not use steam or sauna for the next three days as well, since the body can absorb remaining colour on your skin, as the steam opens up your pores.

6. Going for a skin facial is a good idea post-Holi, but opt for a medi-facial, which is bleach and steam free and avoids chemicals, that too, only after 48 hours of playing Holi.

Enjoying in this colourful festival is obvious but we have to make sure that the Post Holi Care routine is followed strictly.

Hope you all had a fun and colorful Holi…
