We generally classify Bridal care under three broad categories- Skin, Hair & Weight!
 Starting with the most important factor-
 
1. Skin-
 Firstly, one has to be relaxed & happy about the wedding. Skin care is extremely essential under Bridal care.Stress leads to ugly skin. A good trick to keep skin nice and healthy is to begin a skincare regime 3 months before the wedding. One should avoid picking at spots, as tempting as it may be to get rid of them quick, fiddling with them can and will cause scabs and slight scaring. Drinking lots of water, veggies & keeping hands away from the face can help in having smooth skin before the Big Day!


2. Second is HAIR-
 Hair is a very delicate piece of our being. Under Bridal care if a bride to be wants to get a haircut, then she should do it 2 weeks before the wedding for these reasons:
a. So that one gets used to the new hairstyle.
b.In case one doesn’t like it, there is time to have it changed.
c. Also one can get a global hair color done.

 

 3. Thirdly for WEIGHT- It’s fair to say that weight loss is important to brides. Nowadays, bridal care not only deals with skin & hair, but also the weight of the Bride to Be. The wedding dress is the statement of the whole wedding and of course no one wants to hinder that special look. To get the perfect body, limiting unhealthy snacks, drinking lots of water, increasing high fibre foods, eating plant-based, whole-foods proves to be the best options for weight loss!
Now, finally for the most important part, TIPS:
First month:
  1. Cleanse your skin religiously – cleanse, tone & moisturize
  2. Start a fitness & nutrition routine
  3. Start taking multivitamins
  4. Start using proper day/night creams
Second month:
  1. Continue with the first month routine, plus:
  2. Go for a facial to remove problems like acne, pigmentation,tanning or simple Brightening ones.
  3. Do teeth whitening
Third/Last month:
  1. Do a body polishing
  2. Trim your hair, keep eyebrows shaped
  3. Gentle face clean up or a light facial.
